About me
I am a British-qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting young people and families as they navigate life’s most significant transitions. Since 2013, I have had the privilege of working within the vibrant expat international community of Zurich, serving a variety of private and international schools.
My professional foundation was built in London, where I worked across a broad spectrum of high-impact environments. This included roles within child protection services, residential institutions for children looked after by the state, and young offender institutions. I also served as a school counsellor within inner-city schools in low socio-economic areas, as well as in special needs schools supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural challenges.
After earning my Master’s in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London in 2008, I brought this breadth of experience to Switzerland—working first at Foundations for Learning, an educational service providing psychological support for children and young people, followed by a role at a prestigious Swiss boarding school. Today, I support the community through my own private practice.
Having lived in multiple countries myself, the psychological impact of migration and dislocation is a cause close to my heart. I believe an open, culturally sensitive approach is paramount to navigating the complexities of international mobility, and I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic space for every family I support.
